omg. im so scared now..
i need to brush up on my classroom management skills. meaning to say, ive to be strict from next year onwards.
why?
its one of the grading criteria to enter NIE. hah.
god. please help me. =(

1. set ground rules in class.
2. punishments for misbehaiviour in class/late submission of homework.
3. maintaining classroom management and response from students.

oh god.. lots to do during this hols! plus my grandad is warded. been busy attending to him the past few days that i hardly had much sleep or time for myself.
